That portion of the northeast one—quarter of Section 3, Township 6 South,
Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian as shown on a map recorded in
Book 51, Page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County described as follows:
Parcel 1: The east 60.00 feet of the north 450.00 feet of said northeast one-quarter
Parcel 2: The north 50.00 feet of the east 280.00 feet of said northeast
one—quarter.
Parcel 3: That portion lying northeasterly of a curve concave to the southwest
having a radius of 32.00 feet, being tangent on the east to the west
line of Parcel 1 above, and being tangent on the north to the south
line of Parcel 2 above.
Excepting therefrom any portion previously dedicated for street right of way.
This Grant of Easement is made subject to all valid and existing licenses, leases
and grants affecting said real property, whether same are recorded or not.
