insures the parties named as Insured in Schedule A, the heirs, devisees, personal representatives of such Insured, or if a
corporation, its successors by dissolution, merger or consolidation, against loss or damage not exceeding the amount stated

3. Any defect in the execution of any mortgage shown in Schedule B securing an indebtedness, the owner of
which is named as an Insured in Schedule A, but only insofar as such defect affects the lien or charge of said
mortgage upon the estate or interest referred to in this policy; or
4. Priority over said mortgage, at the date hereof, of any lien or encumbrance not shown or referred to in
Schedule B, or excluded from coverage in Schedule B or in the Conditions and Stipulations, said mortgage
being shown in Schedule B in the order of its priority;
all subject, however, to the provisions of Schedules A, B and C and to the Conditions and Stipulations hereto annexed.

5. A right of way to lay, construct, maintain and operate a pipe
line for the transportation of oil, petroleum, gas or water and
to erect, maintain and operate telegraph or telephone lines upon
a single line of poles with right of ingress or egress to and from
sue.
Said lines to be laid on a strip of land prod wide, the Easterly
boundary of which is a line west of parallel with and 30 feet distant
from the easterly boundary line of said Section; said pipe to be
buried so top shall be at least 2 feet beneath surface of ground,
as granted to Standard Oil Company by deed recorded December 9, 1920,
in book 380, page 225, Deeds.
6. An easement for gas pipes and incidental purposes, as granted
to Southern Counties Gas Company of California, in deed recorded
September 12, 1958, in book 4414, page 342, Official Records,
along the Northerly 15 feet of said land, EXCEPTING WE FROM the
Easterly 30 feet thereof.
7. An easement for a slope for street construction, as granted
to City of Huntington Beach, in deed recorded April 17, 1969, in
book 8930, page 711, Official Records, along the west 5 feet of
the east 35 feet of said land.
