Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents

Miscellaneous ?daps , in the Office of the County Recorder of. the County Co
of Orange, State of California, together with that portion of Wesley
Avenue as shown on the map of said Tract No . 260 vacated by resolution _}
of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, a copy of which
was recorded September 12 , 1966 in Book 8044 , Page 78 of Official
Records of Orange County, California. and more particularly described
as follows :

Said easement being a strip of land 40 . 00 feet in width, the sidelines
of which are parallel to and 20 . 00 feet from the following described
line :

the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Little Harbor Drive , , as shown on
