FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Huntington Beach Distribution Associates, a general partnership,
and Freeway Industrial Park, a corporation,
hereby GRANT(S) to the City of Huntington Beach, a municipal corporation,
an easement for maintenance and operation of a water line over
the following described real property in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange , State of California:
Described on Exhibit "A" which is attached and incorporated herein
by this reference.
Grantee, by accepting and recordation of this deed, hereby covenants
and agrees for itself and all of its successors in interest:
1. That if any excavation is required for maintenance or opera-
tion of the water line or lines , then Grantee shall restore the sur-
face of the easement area, and any landscaping or paving thereon, to
a condition as near to their original condition prior to the
excavation.
2. That Grantee will indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from
all loss or liability arising out of or connected with the mainte-
nance or operation of any water line or lines within the easement
6 area.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the
deed dated 11/26/73 from Huntington Beach Distribution Assoc. & Freeway Industrial Park
to the City of Huntington Beach, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City
Council of the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents
to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Page 21 of Parcel Maps, records of said County, described in Parcels as
follows
Parcel 1: A strip of land 10.00 feet in width lying 5 .00 feet on each
side of the following described certerline: Beginning at the point on
the Westerly line of said Parcel 1 distant South 00 44 ' 02" East 1.90
feet from the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1; thence North 891 15 '
34" East 332.50 feet to the point hereinafter referred to as Point "A" ;
thence, continuing North 890 15 ' 34" East 273 .00 feet to the Easterly
line of said Parcel 1.
Parcel 2 : A strip of land 5.00 feet in width lying 2 .50 feeton each
side of the following described certerline: Beginning at Point "A"
described in Parcel 1 above; thence North 00 44 ' 26" West 12 .50 feet.
Excepting therefrom that portion included within Parcel 1, above
described.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM: The non-exclusive right of Grantor
to use the surface of the easement area described above for access ,
ingress, egress , parking and other uses related to the use of property
