Wentworth : Transmitted herewith is a corporation grant deed for Lot 7 of Tract 4051 (Assessor's Parcel No . 146-25.4-01 ) as shown on a map recorded in Book 151 , pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County . The deed has been received from Occidental Land , successor by merger to th-e owner of record, S . V. Hunsaker and Sons . In 1962 Hunsaker built a storm drain pump station on the lot to serve Tract 4051 . In that year, according to an Occidental official , Hunsaker granted the deed to the City; however, the deed was never recorded . There are back taxes due on the lot, but since the lot has been used for municipal purposes since 1962, please request cancellation of those taxes . According to Charles . Krueger of the. Orange County Auditors Office, cancellation can be accomplished if municipal use of the lot during the period for which taxes are due can be shown . Attached is a copy of the construction plans for the Marilyn Pump Station which_ occupies the lot. I believe these approved plans should verify the Iotts use for municipal purposes.
