in the Rancho Las Bolsas, city of Huntington Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 51, Page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps , in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
Parcel 1: The south 50. 00 feet of the east 273. 00 feet of the
southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the southeast one-quarter
(SE 1/4) of the southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 36.
Parcel 2: The east 40. 00 feet of the south 383. 00 feet of the
southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of the southeast one-quarter
(S E 1/4) of the southwest one-quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 36.
