geed dated June 10, 1975 from Huntington Beach Gardens
to the City of Huntington Beach a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City
Council of th CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents
to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

EXHIBIT A
That portion of Lot 3 in Block 13 of Tract No. 86, in the
City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California
as shown on a map recorded in Book 10, Pages 35 and 36 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, included within a strip of land 10.00 feet wide, the
centerline of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of said
Lot 3 (being the easterly line of Algonquin Street, 40.00 feet
wide, as shown on said map) with a line parallel with and distant
southerly 25. 00 feet, measured at right angles, from the northerly
line of said Lot 3; thence easterly along said parallel line a
distance of 160. 00 feet; thence northerly parallel with said
westerly line a distance of 25.00 feet to the northerly line of
said lot.
The side lines of said strip of land are to be prolonged or
shortened so as to terminate westerly in said westerly line and
northerly in said northerly line.
