over a parcel of land situated in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot
No. 463 Tract No. 7155 , Beachwalk Unit No. 6 , as recorded in
Book 536, pages 38 through 40 inclusive, Official Records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of said lot No. 463, said
point lying in the southeasterly right of way line of Golden West
Street as shown on said map, distant 60.00 feet, measured at right
