A 10 foot easement for water line purposes , 5 feet on either
side of the following dexcribed centerline :
PARCEL NO. 1
Commencing at the centerline of Main Street, 120 feet wide , with
its intersection of Mansion Avenue , 70 feet wide , as shown for
that portion of Mansion Avenue easterly of Main Street in Doc-
ument No. 27615 , recorded September 23, 1916 , in Book 294 , Page
390 of Deeds ; thence northerly along the centerline of Main St.
N 0019143" E, 508. 27 feet ; thence S 89°40117" E, 60 . 00 feet to
the easterly right of way line of Main Street and the True Point
of Beginning; thence S 89°40117" E, 5 . 00 feet to a point herein-
after referred to as Point "A" ; thence S 89°40117" E, 43. 51 feet
to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "B".
