Wentworth OFFER OF DEDICATION 4093 1 City CIeNc Byz­J6� :ate DeputycCit erk HARBOUR-PACIFIC, LTD. , a California limited partner- ship, being the present title owner of record of the herein described parcel of land, does hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication to the City of Huntington Beach and its successor or assign, the real property situated in the City of Huntington Beach, State of California identified as PARCEL A on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for use only as a public and navigable waterway and for no other purpose and PARCEL B identified on said Exhibit "A" for use only as a public and navigable waterway and for no other use whatso- ever, excepting and reserving, however, unto the undersigned Harbour-Pacific, Ltd. , exclusive severable assignable ease- ments and rights of way, in, over, across, upon and through all of saidPARCEL c - B for the purpose of locating, on structing, maintaining, using and operating thereon, free of any rental charge by the City of Huntington Beach, decks extending no more than five feet (5 ' ) from the bulkhead, docks, wharves, slips, ramps, piers , floats, landings and other floating structures or bulkheads and appurtenances on properties adjacent to said PARCEL B. It is understood and agreed that the City of Huntington Beach and its successor or assign shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcelsof land or any improvement thereon 'or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the City Council, or of the local governing body of its successor or assign. The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
