hereby GRANT(S) to CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation,
the real property in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange State of California, described as

li Lot 108 in Block C of Tract No. 392, as shown on a map recorded in book 16, page 5
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom all water under said land but without right of surface entry to
remove same.
The grantee herein covenants by and for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators,
and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, that there shall be no
discrimination against or segregation of, any person or group of persons on account
of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, or ancestry
in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure, or enjoyment of the
premises herein conveyed, nor shall the grantee himself or any person claiming under
or through him, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination
or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy
of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublesses, or vendees in the premises herein conveyed.

Council of the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents
