We, FRANK M. DOYLE and GERTRUDE R. DOYLE, residents of
Washoe County, State of Nevada, do hereby make, constitute
and appoint our daughter, MARY REED O'HANLON of Orange County,
State of California, our full and lawful Attorney in Fact for
us in our name to do any and all of the following acts as may
be reasonably necessary to deal in any manner with that certain
real property more particularly described in Exhibit "A" at-
tached hereto as follows :
1. To contract for, receive, take possession of, lease or
rent, release, sell, exchange, convey, assign, mortgage, convey
by way of deed of trust or hypothecate said real property, or
