Califronia, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract 5775 as shown on a map
recorded in Book 210, pages 11 and 12, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County; thence North 0000810711 West 60.00 feet along the
west line of said tract to a point on a non—tangent curve, said
curve being concave to the northwest and having a radius of 30 .00
feet; thence easterly and northerly along said curve thru a central
angle of 90000100" an arc distance of 47 . 12 feet to a point; thence
South 8905115311 West 24.14 feet to a point; thence North 19000 , 00"
West 538. 23 feet along the west line of said tract to a point, said
point being the northwest corner of said tract; thence South 71000 ,00"
West 200. 00 feet along the westerly prolongation of the northwesterly
line of said tract to a point, said point being on the centerline
of a 400. 00 foot wide State of California Channel (extended) as shown

DEED CERTIFICATION

deed dated December 3, 1984 from Huntington Harbour Corporation
to the City of Huntington Beach a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City
Council of the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents
to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

E X H I B I T " A "
The herein grant is subject to the following terms,
conditions, restrictions, reservations and provisions which are
a part of the consideration for the herein grant:
Grantee shall save, indemnify, defend and keep
harmless Grantor, its parent corporation, sister
corporations, subsidiaries, successors and assigns and
their respective employees, officers, directors and
agents against any and all liabilities, claims,
judgments, or demands, including demands arising from
injuries or death of persons, (Grantees employees
included) and damage to property, arising directly or
indirectly out of the granting of this easement or
resulting from the operations or uses conducted
hereunder.
Grantee shall be responsible for complying with
all municipal, state and federal statutes and
ordinances regulating the operations and uses by
Grantee contemplated hereunder.
Upon the termination of this easement, the
Grantee, at its expense, shall remove, to the extent
requested by Grantor, improvements installed or
constructed hereunder, and shall restore the premises
to the same or as good condition as that which existed
prior to the exercise by the Grantee of its rights
hereunder. Such restoration shall be done in a manner
satisfactory to the Grantor.
The Grantor may use the premises of this easement
for any purpose that does not unreasonably interfere
with the operation, use and enjoyment by the Grantee
of the rights granted by this easement.
All construction, installation, operation,
repair, replacement or other work done in connection
with the operations and uses contemplated hereby shall
be done without cost or expense to the Grantor.
