to the City of Huntington Beach a municipal corpporation, is hereby
accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City
Council of the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach adopted on August 7, 1972, and the grantee consents
to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Section,24, Township 5 South, Range 12 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the
City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly line of Rancho La Bolsa
Chica with the Northeasterly line of land patented to John C. Ord recorded
January 13, 1916,in Book 1, page 303 of Patents, Records of Orange County,
California; thence North 48058' West along said Northeasterly line 220.01
feet to an angle point in said Northeasterly line; thence North 24°28' West
along said Northeasterly line 97.62 feet to the Southwesterly line of a 5
foot strip to be used for sidewalk purposes, being a portion of the strip
of land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded May 20, 1931
in Book 479, page 326 of Official Records; thence Northwesterly along
the Southwesterly line of said 5 foot strip a distance of 728.54 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly
