GRANT OF OPTION
AND MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
A. C. Marion, Trustee, for good and valuable considera-
tion, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
to the City of Huntington Beach, a municipal corporation, an
Option, commencing December 31, 1986, to purchase the real prop-
erty described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

to the same property, in which the undersigned is lessor, and
