7/13/1988, as recorded on 11/1/1988 as County Document 88562250. The Policy of Title
Insurance should have been provided to your office in 1988 when the property was
purchased.

lease expired June 5, 2002. The lease automatically coverts to a month-to-month
tenancyonce the lease expires, which does not require City Council action. The tenancy
