Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Metzler Lane with the
southerly boundary line of Parcel Map No. 82-557 as shown on a map recorded
in Book 176, Pages 11 and 12, of Parcel Maps, Records of said County; thence
NOo04'34"E42.05 feet along said centerline of Metzler Lane; thence S89055'26"E
22.50 feet to the true point of beginning; thence, S0004'34"W 42.07 feet along
a line parallel to and 22.50 feet easterly, measured at right angles, from
said centerline of Metzler Lane to said southerly boundary line of Parcel Map
No. 82-557; thence, N89051140"W 15.60 feet along said southerly boundary line
to a point on a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 64.50 feet,
a radial bearing through said point bears N49013142"W; thence northeasterly
45.81 feet along said curve to the true point of beginning.
