minerals, and other hydrocarbon substances, as reserved
in deeds recorded August 16, 1921, in Book 401, Page 356,
Deeds and September 30, 1921, in Book 406, Page 127
Deeds.
The affiant is the successor of the decedent ( as defined in
Section 13006 of the California Probate Code) to the decedent's
interest in the described property. The affiant requests that the
described property be paid, delivered, or transferred to the
affiant.
