FURTHER EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to Grantor, its successors and assigns, the right of way from time to time to grade and construct, reconstruct, replace, renew, repair, maintain and remove slopes, with the right of ingress and egress to and from the same, over and through, under or along that certain parcel of land (a portion of which affects the Property) in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit C`hereto, which exhibit is incorporated herein. FURTHER EXCEPTING AND RESERVING to Grantor, its successors and assigns, the right of way from time to time to lay, construct, reconstruct, replace, renew, repair, maintain, operate change the size of, increase the number of and remove storm drains, with the right of ingress and egress to and from the same, over and through, under or along that certain parcel of land (a portion of which affects the Property) in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit D hereto,which exhibit is incorporated herein.
