12, 1992 from Craig G. Packard to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Huntington Beach, a public body corporate and politic, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington
Beach and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

AFFIDAVIT OF ESTATE OF NOT MORE THAN $60,000
Decedent's name: Ray Monroe Packard
Date and place of decedent' s death: January 21, 1981 Oceanside, CA.
At least 40 days have elapsed since the death of the decedent, as
shown in a certified copy of the decedent's death certificate
attached to this affidavit.
No proceeding is now being or has been conducted in California for
administration of decedent's estate.
The gross value of the decedent's real and personal property in
California, excluding the property described in Section 13050 of
the California Probate Code, does not exceed sixty thousand dollars
($60,000) .
Property description:
Lot No. 145, Block C of Tract 172, in the City of
Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 18, at Pages 21 and 22 of
011 Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom all oil, petroleum, asphaltum, gas,
minerals, and other hydrocarbon substances, as reserved
in deeds recorded August 16, 1921, in Book 401, Page 356,
Deeds and September 30, 1921, in Book 406, Page 127
Deeds.
The affiant is one of 5 possible successors of the decedent (as.
defined in Section_ 13006 of the California Probate Code) to the decedent' s
interest in the described property. The affiant requests that the
described property be paid, delivered, or transferred to the
affiant. The other possible successors are Dolores Joann Duncan,
John Milton Packard, Steven R. Packard and Virginia G. Packard.
The affiant declares under penalty of perjury under the laws of the
State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
