Section 1268. 0301 14 vs. ) 15 MARTIN DOUGLAS SETTLES, ) 16 Defendant. ) 17 18 19 Judgment in condemnation having been entered on November 12, 20 1991, in the office of the County Clerk of the County of Orange, 21 State of California, and it appearing to the court's 22 satisfaction that the above-named plaintiff under that judgement 23 has paid to the defendant, MARTIN DOUGLAS SETTLES, just 24 compensation in the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars , 25 ($75,000.00) , which has been disbursed in accordance with the 26 Stipulation, Order and Judgment on file in this action, 27 It is Ordered and Adjudged: 28 i • 38 1 The fee simple title to the parcel of property situa in 2 the County of Orange, State of California, more particularly 3 described as follows: 4 Lot A of Tract No. 4026, in the City of Huntington Beach, as per map recorded in Book 142, pages 25 5 and 26 of the Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County. 6 It is hereby condemned to and taken for the public use as 7 stated in the complaint in this action. 8 On filing a certified copy of this Final Order of 9 Condemnation with the 'County Recorder of the County of Orange, 10 State of California, the fee simple title to the real property 11 described above shall vest in plaintiff, its successors and 12 a s*I-qWs. 13 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that $2,527.17 be paid t 4 the County of Orange for unpaid taxes (and penalties) due under 15 California Revenue and Taxation Code section 5084, and that th 16 plaintiff ' s portion of the current taxes are cancelled as of 7 December 4, 1991. 18 Dated: 3 D - 9 JA ES L.
