This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed dated

and separate property as to an undivided 30/108 interest and Harold A.
Lingle, as Trustee of the Marie Kiesau Trust, as to an undivided 69/108
interest and Bernard A. Leckie, as to an undivided 91108 interest to the CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, a municipal
corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, pursuant to the authority
conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of the City of Huntington
