Assignor is the developer of Tentative Tract No. 14009, which was approved by the Huntington Beach City Council on September 16, 1991. Pursuant to Condition of Approval No. 5n for said Tentative Tract, Assignee is obligated to acquire necessary offsite easements to permit Assignor to construct public storm drain improvements between Tracts 14009, 13714 and 13439. B. Assignor has acquired the necessary easements and has constructed in said easements the improvements required by Tentative Map 14009 Condition 5n in accordance with plans and specifications approved by Assignee. C. Assignor desires to assign to Assignee,and Assignee desires to receive from Assignor, said easements and improvements. NOW THEREFORE, Assignor hereby assigns, conveys and transfers to Assignee WITHOUT WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, all of Assignor's right, title and interest, if an in and under the following instruments: Y, g 1. That certain Grant of Easement between Ronald L Brindle and Emily Ann Brindle, John A. Thomas and Linda Thomas and Seacliff Partners dated November 29, 1994 and recorded February 21, 1995 in the official records of the County of Orange, State of California as Document No. 95-0070756, This easement, and construction of required improvements therein, affects lots A, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 50 and 52 of Tract No. 306 as per map recorded in Book 14, Page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the official records of Orange County State of California. 2. That certain Grant of Easement by and between Linda S. Bim and SeacliffPartners dated November 29, 1994 and recorded February 21, 1995 in the official records of the County of Orange, State of California as Document No. 95-0070757. This easement, and the construction of required improvements therein, affects Lot 22 of Tract No. 306 as per Map recorded in Book 14, Page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps in the official records of the County of Orange, State of California. This Assignment shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns of the parties hereto. Each party shall execute such other and further documents and instruments as may be necessary or proper to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Assignment.
