Street Easement for Garfield Avenue
All that certain real property in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, being a portion of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township
6 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 51, page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said county, said portion being described as follows:
Ccmmencin..g at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 6; thence North 89° 40 ' 22" East along the North line
of said Northeast quarter 185. 52 feet; thence ,South 0° 35 ' 51"
East, parallel with the West line of said Northeast quarter 43. 00
feet to the True Point of Beginning and the Southerly line of that
certain street easement of the City of Huntington Beach recorded
April 3, 1963 in Book 6193 page 883 of official records; thence
continuing South 0° 35 ' 51" East 7 . 00 feet to a line parallel with
and distant 50 . 00 feet Southerly of said North line of said
Northeast Quarter; thence along said parallel line South 89° 40'
