2 OF PARCEL MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA.
A STRIP OF LAND 10 FEET 1N WIDTH, LYING 5 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
COMMENCING AT THE CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF ALGONQUIN STREET (80 FEET
