AP No..023-083-05 IRREVOCABLE OFFER OF DEDICATION
The undersigned,being the present owners of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby make an irrevocable offer
of dedication to the public and to the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, State of California,a perpetual easement and right of
way that shall run with the land and be binding upon all subsequent purchasers, encumbrances, heirs, successors, or assigns, for
street and public utility purposes in, on, over, under and across all that real property described as:
THAT PORTION OF LOTS 15 AND 16, IN BLOCK 1214 OF THE WESLEY PARK SECTION, HUNTINGTON BEACH,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4, PAGE 17 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS: THE EASTERLY 2.50 FEET OF SAID LOTS 15 AND 16
In addition,the owner of record does hereby establish the following covenants,conditions,and restrictions for the benefit of said
land. It is the intent of the owner of record that these covenants,conditions, and restrictions shall run with the land and be
binding upon all subsequent purchasers, encumbrances, heirs,successors, or assigns. Said covenants, conditions,and restrictions
shall be effective until November 1,2016:
a. To relocate the existing decorative masonry wall,masonry corner pilasters and concrete driveway which exist along the
easterly property line within the alley,to new property line(i.e. 10 feet from alley centerline),within 60 days of City's written
request. If such structures are not removed within said 60-day period,the owner shall hold the City free and harmless from any
and all liability for the destruction or removal of such structures.
b. Reimburse the City for cost of paving the 2.5'wide strip of pavement along easterly property line.
c. Reimburse the City for the cost of constructing the westerly half of the new concrete alley approach.
d. Reimburse the City for the cost of removing up to 6 lineal feet of sidewalk to accommodate the widening of the alley.
It is understood and agreed that the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH and its successors or assigns shall incur no liability with
respect to such offer of dedication,and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvements
thereon or therein until such offer has been accepted. The City shall accept the offer and title to the easement by a separate

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Deed dated
SEPTEMBER 6, 2012, from JAMES RODRIGUEZ AND KELLY RODRIGUEZ to
the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer or agent on behalf of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach
pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution No. 3537 of the City Council of
