CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), hereby grants to
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee"), an easement to construct, use, maintain, operate, alter, add to, repair,replace, reconstruct, inspect and remove, at
any time and from time to time, overhead electrical supply systems and communication systems (hereinafter referred to as
"systems"), consisting of overhanging wires and fiber optic cables for conveying and distributing electrical energy and for
transmitting data, voice or intelligence by electrical, optical or other electromagnetic means and other incidental purposes,
over that certain real property in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
For legal description see Exhibit"A",attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
The Grantee, and its contractors, agents and employees, shall have the right to trim or top such trees as may endanger
or interfere with said systems and facilities and shall have free access to said systems and facilities and every part thereof,at all
times,for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted.
This legal description was prepared pursuant to Sec. 8730(c)of the Business&Professions Code.

That portion of Lot A, of Tract No. 12268, as per map recorded in Book 593, pages 27 through
29, inclusive, of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within a strip of
land 15 feet wide, the centerline of said strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot A; thence easterly along the South line of
said Lot A, 12 feet; thence North 46' 30' 00" West, 14 feet, more or less, to the West line of
said Lot A. The sidelines of said strip shall be prolonged or foreshortened so as to terminate in
said West line.
