A RESOLUTION OF TILE BOARD OF TRUSTEES 011' THE CITY
O -lUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN
' - - -------- WORK TO BE DONE ON ORANGE AVENUE IN SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOJMD OF TRU iT +ES OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA:
Section 1 . That the public interest and con-

v p venience require, and that the I3nerd of Trustees of theCi ty
of Huntington Beach hereby orders the following street work
to be done, to-wit
lst . That the entire width of the roadway of
said Orange Avenue in said City , from the West line of Rail-
road Avenue to the East line of Eleventh Street , including
_ all intersections of streets , (excepting the intersection of.
Orange Avenue and Main Street , and excepting such portions of
said streets and intersections of streets as are required

by law to be kept in order or repair by any person or company

having railroad tracks thereon, and also ex e tin , s ch, por-
tions as have already been graded and.
-trzVe to the official line and grade and accepted) , be graded ,
sanded and oiled to the official grade in accordance with the
plans, profiles and cross-sections for said work on file in
the office of the City Engineer of said City, said plans and
y profiles being numbered No,. 2, and in further accordance with

City of Huntington Beach , on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City, said- specifications being No. 4 as adopted

publish a notice of said public work , inviting sealed proposals
or bids for doing said work and referring to the specifications —
