Board ' 'of Trustees" of the city of Huntington Beach met as a
'Equalization. Board of egiis4ization at 10 oclock, President .Helene

as Chairman.
'Roil call . Trustees present , Helm&, Decker Chapin, Huston and
Tarbox.
Absent, None.
H. B. Co. Written protest from the .Huntington Breach Co. on
-protests . various assessments was presented and read, after thoro'
discussion the following changes were agreed upon to await
further action:
° Block 908: Block 908, assessed at 3100; evidently an error as
this is higher than the Block immediately south in the
same general condition and it was the opinion that this
should be reduced to. $2180:
Acreage . Parcel 21 J. acreage, 5.3 acres of this being low .
Parcel 21 J. land south of the mesa it was agreed that an assessment of
300 per acre was too high and that this part of this par-
cel should be reduced to $110-,0G✓per .acre.
Parcel Parcel 22 K. lying on the beach south . of the city
22 K. assessed higher than similiar land .of the Mills Land &
Suter Co. that this should be reduced from $300. per
acre. to $175.00✓per acre 'and. that the piece. of beach
belonging to the Milis Land & Suter Co. should be assessed
at $150.00 per acre being further south.
Wesley In the Wesley Heights Tract , the Westerly .half of✓
Heights Block 717, Block 718, 719, 720, 721 and 722 should be
Addition; assessed at 20%. lower than the Block lying immediately
to the south west , viz: Blocks R. half of 617 , Bl. 618,
6193 620 , 621 and 622, and that all the rest of the
Wesley Heights Tract be: assessed at 10 higher than the`
1915 assessment .

Adjourned to No further business appearing it was moved by,`Trus`tee
