Roll Call . Trustees present , Huston, Decker , Chapin , and Tarbox. 4 Enginee

6 and 8 in block 203 and by the First Natl Bank per -
Louis A. Copelamd , Prwvz, for the paving of the alley in Blok —
203 , was presented and on motion by Trustee Tarbox , seconded
- by Trustee Chapin was referred to the City Engineer for
plans and specifications .
Ordinance Ordinance No . 184, being an Ordinance fixing the salary ' Resolut
No . 184 , of the City Manager was read for the second time and on I Q No ,

IJlary Ci , passed 'and adopted by the following vote: I adopt
-- Adopted , Ayes , Trustees Decker , Chapin , Tarbox and Huston.

' The matter of appointing a Trustee to fill out the

elected unexpired term of Mr. M. E. Helme , resigned was then brought
- -' Trustee for up and Mr. Joseph Vavra was placed in nomination by Trustee
unexpired ' Chapin, there being no further nominations it was moved by I

close . Motion was put and carried
Ballot was then taken and Mr. Joseph Vavra received
- - the unanimous vote and was declared elected to fill out the
unexpired term. ,
Mr. Vavra; Mr. Vavra arrived and took the oath of office . ~

Nominations for President of the Board was then in

- - elected being no further nominations , nominations closed , Vote was
President , then taken and Mr . Tarbox was elected by a four-fifths -

and it was moved by Trustee Chapin seconded by Trustee Huston of 1

Reso , 315 Resolution No. 313 , being a resolution rejecting all -
--- Awarding bids except that of Leigh G. Garnsey and awarding the contrat j
contract to to him- at price named in Bid , to-wit : Thirteen thousand J
------ Leigh Garnsey , four hundred ninety seven and 50/100 Dollars was then
adopt ed, presented and on motion by Trustee Huston seconded by
Trustee Chapin was passed and adopted by the following vote:

allowed . Finance Committee it was moved by Trustee Huston, seconded by
