Inspector were read and on motion by Trustee Chapin seconded by Trustee Vavra were accepted and placed on file . Petition for the Improvement of Sec T . Ingersoll , Street by grading B Petition to ersoll , Grade and St , and oiling and signed by B. F . Rockhold , C. g Mary E. Rob&mtson, and J. H. Lawrence , all property holderd , was read . , Dyer on dust Mr. Dyer was heard in regard to the dust on First St . First St . and it was moved by Trustee Vavra seconded by Trustee Decker that City Engineer be instructed to draw up Plans and Speci- fications for Grading and Oiling First , Second and Thirds i draw up plans r and Spec . Streets and present same at; next meeting , , Ca..ried, _ The opinion of the City Attorney in re/ Tent City Co . Atty 's opinion in the matter of Woot s growing into the Sewer , was presented . Asks li ht Petition signed by firs , N. J. Emersot and three other. g property owners for a light at the corner of Second and 2nd & Walnut . Walnut was presented and referred tb the City Engineer . Trustee Vavra brought up the matter of Toilets in '-� Toilets in Circle Park , this matter was also referred to the City Circle Park . Engineer . Reso . Ordering T Resolution, Igo , 316 , being a Resolution Ordering the - closing of Work of closing portions of Seventeenth Street and Wesley 17th St . Avenue in pursuance of Resolutions of Intention. 'Nos 270 � -- Wesley Ave , adopted . 298 was read and on motion by Trustee Chapin seconded by t Trustee Decker was passed and adopted by the following vote: Ayes .
