Ingersoll , Street by grading B Petition to ersoll , Grade and St , and oiling and signed by B. F . Rockhold , C. g Mary E. Rob&mtson, and J. H. Lawrence , all property holderd , was read . , Dyer on dust Mr. Dyer was heard in regard to the dust on First St . First St . and it was moved by Trustee Vavra seconded by Trustee Decker that City Engineer be instructed to draw up Plans and Speci- fications for Grading and Oiling First , Second and Thirds i draw up plans r and Spec .
