Assn, Health Officer and Municipal Rand were presented and on motion were ordered placed on file . Communication Communication from W. H. Whalen of the So . Pac . Co . from S,PoCo. asking that there be no further delay in signing agreement i for the crossing of the Coast Road south-east efid of Ocean Signing of Ave . and after some discussion it was moved by Trustee Cha- g g pin seconded by Trustee Vavra that the grant of the S. P. Co , Agreement be accepted and the President of the Board and City Clerk authorized . be authorized to sign same . Carried . Communicat ion from T&ty Clerk asking that the Tax Col- Rooks Tax lectors books be relieved of a charge for Taxes against Books of Chg Henry Thomas , an old veteran residing at the Soldiers Howe , against propertycharge having been Made by Tax Collector in error and it was of Old Soldier . moved by Trustee Drew , seconded by Trustee Vavra that the charges be remitted . E€���r appointed Mr . John H. Eader was recommended for the position made on Library vacant by the resignation of Mr . Griffith and it was moved Board, by Trustee Vavra seconded by Trustee Drew that Mr. Eader be appointed . Carried . Resignation of Mr. Alex P.
