Adjourned Pursuant to adjournment of March 12th 1919 , the Board 1
Regular . of Trustees of the city of Huntington Peach met in regular JII
session and was called to order by President Vavra. ilk
Roll Call . Trustees present , Vavra,Chapin,Drew and .Manning .
A coiirriittee from the Womans Club consisting of Mrs .
Commit tee from Laveting , Mrs. Cheney and Mrs . Moors was present to talk
Womans Club with the Aoard in regard to the condition of the Water;
In regard to Mrs. Lavering stated the purpose of the Committee , Mrs . �I
Condit ion of Cheney r testified to the hard condition of the water, it

Water , being so different .from what it has been in the past and
u
very difficult for a housewif- to get results .from in
washing clothes , dishes or doing other cleaning; Mrs . Moore
asked for such information as the Board could give in regand
to the. matter , quoting the Health Officer and informing
the ladies that the water was now being pumped from the j I.
wells on Main Street which was designated as a hard water
well , etc . the 1-Lresident suggested that the Cotifti it tee on .
Health and Sanitation look_ into the matter and if it de®
tided that any thing could be done that this Committee with
the Committee of the Wonans Club then see the H. B. Water It
company . j ,
Tracing of Wr. Hoy , Engineer for Harper and Davidson presented I ,
Tract #86 . a tracing of Tract No . 86 , located within M Three miles
approved and of the North boundary line of the city and between Sun-
Clerk- set Beach and Wint ersberg, for the approval of the Board,
authorized it was moved by Trustee Chapin seconded by Trustee Drew ,
to sign same . that - the map be approved and that the Clerk be authorized ;I
to sign the same when referred back by the Roard of Super-
visors . Carried .
Verbal report . Matter of lease for site for Camping Ground was brought
of City Atty .. up and the City Attorney made a verbal report of his inter-
re/ lease for view with Mr . Heffner:
Camping Mr. Heffner said Company would agree to renewal after
Ground . the five year period .but after one year •if the company had
an offer the city could purchase at satire price less the
value of improvements appraised by a board of three , one of
whom to be appointed by city , one by company and one to be n
agreed upon by both. Mr. Heffner did not see that company
could release city from paying any Assessments that alight
be put upon property . In regard to water , the Water Co .
could not run such an extension, city could run it and if
project was abandoned could. remove the pipe or if the con-
sumption of water just if ied,the company would buy it . �I

Adjourned to There being no further business it was moved, seconded
March 31 . and carried to adjourn to Monday , March 31et , 1919, at 7.30 I
