Adjourned Reg. Pursuant to adjournment of Sept . Sth, Roard of Trus-
tees of the City of Huntington Reach met in regular session.
Ro11 ,Call . Trustees present Vavra, Drew , Chapin, Manning ,
Absent , Andrews .
Demands Demand of the So . Counties Gas Co, $535. 15 and of the
allowed , City Atterney for August Salary , $50.00 having been approved
by Finance Corix it t ee it Was moved by Trustee Drew seconded
by Trustee Chapin that they be allowed . Carried.
Wednesday, Motinn by Trustee Manning seconded by Trustee Drew ,
Sept . 24. put and carried that the City Hall be closed on Wednesday ,
Holiday . Sept . 24th , on account of Rooster TriJJ for Fall Fair.
Fall Fair , Moved by Trustee Manning , seconded by Trustee Drew,
t c have use put and carried that Fall Fair Coirmiittee be granted the use
of streets . of Main St . 16adan Ave . to Olive Ave . Walnut and Olive Avers .
Main to Third and the Alleys in Blocks 103 and 203 .
Canvass of Resolution No . 530 . Canvassing the returnd of the
Elect ion Special Municipal El•act ion held September 16th , 1919 at
returns , which the proposition of issuing Gas Distributing System
bonds in' the sum of �1,,R 40,000.00 was voted on , was presented
and read and on motion by Trustee Drew seconded. by Trustee
Chapin was adapted by the following vote-.
Ayes . Trustees Manning , Chapin, Drew, Vavra,
Noes , None . Absent . Andrews .
Ord . No , 202 Ordinance No , 202 being an Ordinance authtrizing the
First Reading; issuance and sale of Municipal Ponds in, the suit of $40 ,000.
for the purpose of acq$irin; and constructing a Car Dis-
tributing System , was read, for the first time .
