Opening bids . This being the date set for the opening of bids on

Huntington by the Clerk they were opened and read aloud as follows :

The bids were referred to the City Engineer who il'I
reported that the 'bid of Mlagenovich and Gill ispie was ,
the lowest being $5 ,107 .()0 and in order that the city migit
inquire as to the sureties- it was moved by Trustee Drew . ij
seconded by Trustee Dunning that the bids 'be received and
held for consideration until, Monday February 9th , 1920.

Engineer Also Moved by Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Andreews
Investigate . that the City Engineer be instructed to look. up sureties , .
on 'fonds of the two lowest bidders . Carried..
