Regular, Board of Trustees called to order at 8 oclock in regular

Roll call , Trustees present , Vavra , Andrews , Manning ,, Chapin and
Drew. - Absent None .

advises pipe dipping of the pipe and it was moved by Trustee Drew seconded
be dipped . by Trustee Andrews that all bids for treating pipe be rej ectd
Pac.P.& S.C.O . except that of the Pacific Pipe and Supply Co . whose bid for
awarded dipping the pipe be accepted at the figures given in their
