Rolf. call , Trustees present Andrews , Manning , Obarr, Drew and Ons.on.
G 3ed Matter of having weeds cleaned f row lots in city was
oleaning brought up for discussion and it was moved by Trustee Drew
resolut ion seconded ,,by Trustee Onson that resolution for the destruction 1
adopted. of weeds be adopted, the roll was called and the resolution I
was passed and adopted by the following vote:

Noes , None . Absent , None.

be instructed to have the awning erected. Carried.
Chas .R,i!utc ,J r o Application of Chas . R. Nutt , Jr for position of Life
employed. as Guard for the sumrrer, to commence on the 15th of June was
Life Guard.. presented and it was moved. by Trustee Onson, seconded by �
Trustee Drew that Chas . R.-Nutt . Jr , be employed in the said
position at salary to be fixed later . Carried. ;I

pay of if the city would consent to instruct the Life Guard to help
Life Guard, out in the Plunge in an emergency.

Parking , by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson that the City At ty I
Orderad. be instructed to draw up a Parking Ordinance regulating the
Parking of Autos on Main St . f row Ocean Ave to Olive Atrsnue ,
on the No.E. side of Ocean Ave from 5rd to 5t h Ste and on

the So .W. side frow Main to 6th St . Carried. ,
Ord'. No . 206 . Ordinance No. 206, being an Ordinance providing for
Licensing A licensing and regulating certain kinds of business being
regulat ing transacted and carried on in the city, providing for the met
business. method of collecting and fixing the penalty for violation i
thereof and repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith,
was read for the f irst time.
