Regular. Pursuant to adjournment of July 6th the Board of Trus-
tees met in regular session.
11011 atil, Trustees present Nanning, Brew, Andrews, Onson, Obarr.
Absent, None.
Garbage bids. This being the date set for the opening of bids on
p; Contract the garbage contract the Clerk proceeded to'open the bids,
awarded to which were as follows:
Frank Xerr. Henry E. Talbert, two propositions some of
the requirements of which were contrary to �
the Ordinance governing. $120.00 & 150.00 pr mo.
.Tack Renfro. as per ordinance, 135.00
Frank Kerr, n n tr 120.00 n tt
T. 0. Hunt, rt n tt 95.00
The bid of T. 0. Hunt being the lowest he was considered
but it was shown that he was not in position to do the work ,I
or knowledge of what was required and it was moved by
t Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson that all proposals
be rejected except that of Frank Kerr and that the contract
be awarded to him at the price named in his bide Carried.

authorized to Clerk be authorized to pay bills for pipe fb r Gas System on �

Beach. that Mr. Browh be granted permission to erect a Hot Dog
stand on the beach, such permission revokable at pleasure
of the Board. Carried.

Adj. to Jul. There being no further business it was moved by
192 1920. Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Andrews to adjourn to
Monday, July 19, 1920 at 8 oclock P. M. Carried.
