July 19, 1920.
Regular. Pursuant to adjournment of July 139 1920 the Board of
Trustees met in regular session.
Trustees present IDrew, Manning, Andrews Onson Obarr.
Roll call. - Absent, None
Treasurer to moved by Trustee Onson, seconded By Trustee Obarr j
have Sewer that the Treasurer be authorized to have the Bonds for
Bonds written. Sewer written up. Carried.

City Hall to Moved by Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Onson
chase in res- that the City ,Hall be closed on the afternoon of Tuesday
pect. July 20th in respect to the memory of Mr. W. E. Tarbox
former Trustee of the City. Carried. �I
Resolutwan Moved by Trustee Brew seconded by T r�istee Obarr that the
Condolence, City Attorney be instructed to draw up a resolution of con-
dolance from, the Officials of the City, a copy to be sent

to the bereaved family of the deceased W. E. Tarbox and a
copy be spread on the minutes of this Board. Carried.

masae report. report as to question to be put on straw ballot as fb llows a
Question, Are you in favor of the -city incurring Bonded in-
debtedness of approximately $1509000.00 for the purpose of
acquiring Ocean Frontage and placing improvements thereon?
and it was moved by Trustee Obarr seconded by (Trustee Brew X
{ that the Board concur in the recommendation of the Com-
mittee and favor the Chamber of Commerce holding a Strom
election in the City Ball. Carried.
