Burgess inregard to having Clerk to observed an elderly man entering the Ladies, Comfort Station,- )J` answer S. K. Mrustee Manning stated that he had been already advised of Burgess. the occurrence, one of the toilets having become stopped up - II a caretaker had necessarily entered to clear it and the Clerk was instructed to answer Mr. Burgess with the facts 4 in the case.
