Lighting Moved by Trustee Drew, seconded by Trustee Onson
Districts to be that City Engineer be instructed) to commence proceedings

formed. to establish the following lighting districts:
First, BNJMNRXUXX Taking in the property on the
East side of First Street to the Alley between 16th and
17th Streets from Ocean Avenue to Palm Avenue and
Second Taking in from the alby between 16th and 17th
Streets to include the 2est side of 23rd Street from Ocean
Avenue to Palm Avenue. Carried.

Franchise Moved by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson,
Huntington Oil that the Chairman of the Board be authorized to sign
Co. for steam franchise to Huntington Central Oil Co. to run pipe lines
& grater pipe in alley in Block 1704 from Lot 7 to Lot 13. Carriede

Earl P. DeLapp and Joe Preininger appeared in person
Hot Bog stand to request permission to erect hot dog stand on beach just
on Beach. N. W. of pavilion' and it was moved by Trustee Drew, sec® �
onded by Trustee Obarr that permission be granted petitioners
to erect a temporary building at point designated. Carried.
Demands Moved by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Obarr that
allowed. Demands approved by Finance Committee be allowed.Carried.
Demands as follows:
City Treasurer, Street Imp.Bonds, $543.47
R. F. Pare, Estimate for re-paving. 246,60
Clerk was instructed to secure copy of Building
Ordinance from Los ,Angeles.

re/ Oil Lease on Lake Park and the Clerk was instructed to advise him that
Lake Park. the City was not in position to lease the park at the present
time.
