Trustees present Manning, Obarr, Onson, Andrews Drew/. � . Mr. Berkley Reular order of business deferred to hear report from makes verbal Mr. Berkley, Engineer of Gas System; Mr. Berkley made verbal report, also report as to completion of Contract by R. F. Ware and ad- Street Coin. vised that Notice of Completion be published; Street Com- andHr. mittee made verbal report as to condition of streets and a14 Ware's legs that had been-torn up to put in Gas System and it was Contract completemoved by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Obarr that work be accepted as completed under contract. Carried. Mr-Derkley to Mr. Berkley also advised that there were some bills lewd aid in still,outstanding against R. F. Ware but all safely covered selling Gas by the 25% of Contract price still withheld from Ware, he to Oil Co&. also advised that if the Trustees were willing he would continue to give his services toward the furnishing of Gas to the Oil Wells. 1 Minutes approvd. Supt of Gas Dept. and City Engineers which were accepted and ordered placed.- on file by motion by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson. Complaint of Mrs. W. R. Higgins and Mrs. Mervin asked to be heard and speeding Autos. told the Board of the danger to children crossing Main Street II � from speeding Autos the drivers of which appeared to have no regard to City Ordinances, no action was taken the whole mat® ter being in the hands of the new- City Marshal.
