Funds Moved by Trustee Obarr, seconded by Trustee Onson that
transferred. $1,127. 08 be transferred from the General Fund to Street
Fund, $2,418. 69 be transferred from the General to the

Salary Fund and $1, 005. 74 be transferred from the Gas Depart-
ment Fund to Gas System 119 to cover over, drafts .Carried.-

leap. 204 was read and on motion by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trus-
tee Onson was passed and adopted by the following vote :

adopting the construction of Ornamental Lighting System was read and

Agreement Agreement with the Southern Pacific Company for laying
Gas Line a Gas Line under the tracks of the said company at Atlanta
Atlanta St. Street was presented and on motion by Trustee Onson seconded
Trustee Andrews the President of the Board was authorized
to sign the same.
Pac. Tel & Tel To the request of the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Co
Pole Line, for ,permission to erect a pole line in and along certain alley
and, streets of the City, the President was authorized to sign "
agreement granting such privilege on motion by Trustee Onson
seconded by Trustee Obarr.
