Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach met in regular session and was called to order by President Manning. P I Roll cell.I Trustees present Obarr, Orison, Andrews and Manning. Absent Drew. Minutes. approved. Minutes' of Previous meeting read and approved. Reports of OfficersReports of City Clerk, Recorder, Chief of Police, accepted. Building, Plumbing and Wiring Inspector, Gas Department & i City Engineer presented and on motion accepted and ordered placed on file. Funds Moved by Trustee Obarr, seconded by Trustee Onson that transferred. $1,127. 08 be transferred from the General Fund to Street Fund, $2,418. 69 be transferred from the General to the I Salary Fund and $1, 005. 74 be transferred from the Gas Depart- ment Fund to Gas System 119 to cover over, drafts .Carried.- , Trustee Drew arrived. ✓ �. Agreement of City Clerk advised that License Agreement of the Wi.11ite Co. Willite Company had been filed with him. filed. Resolution Resolution No: 361 approving map of Assessment District approving to pay for the improvement of Second and Third Streets, Assessment portion of Lake Avenue and the Alleys in Blocks 104, 203 & leap. 204 was read and on motion by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trus- tee Onson was passed and adopted by the following vote : Ayes, Trustees Obarr, Onson, Andrews, Drew & Manning. Reso. 365 Resolution No. 365, being a resolution of intention to Intention improve Second Street, Third Street, a portion of Lake Avenue and the Alleys in Blocks 104, 203 & 204 was presented and read and on motion by Trustee Obarr sedonded by Trustee Drew was passed and adopted by the following vote : Ayes, Trustees Obarr, Onson, Andrews , Drew & Manning. Agreement Agreement with the Southern Pacific Company for laying Gas Line a Gas Line under the tracks of the said company at Atlanta Atlanta St. Street was presented and on motion by Trustee Onson seconded Trustee Andrews the President of the Board was authorized to sign the same.
