Regular. Board of Trustees met in regular session pursuant to
adjournment of August lst, 1921.
Roll call. Trustees present Manning, Drew, Andrews, Onson &: Obarr. 1
Absent None,
Ord. #223. Ordinance No. 223 being an ordinance enforcing the pro-
Prohibition. hibition amendment to the Constitution of the United States
was read for the second time and on motion by Trustee Obarr
seconded by Trustee Drew was passed and adopted by the fol-
lowing vote :
Adopted. Ayes,Trustees Obarr, Onson,Andrews,Drew & Manning.

County Fair Mr. Jos . Vavra appeared for the Fair Committee of the
asks Chamber of Commerce and asked that the City appropriate '
Donation. $2, 000.00 for the Orange County Fair to be held Sept. 28,
29, & 30 and Odtober 1st, 1921. No action was taken. - I
