Carried. Bid of Steele The Engineer havkng figured up the totals of the bids Finley accepted, received on the above proposed improvement it was moved by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Andrews • that the bid of Xtee$e Finley be accepted. Ord. 225. to Ordinance No. 225, Ordering the City Attorney to commence, condemn property proveedings in the Superior Court for the condemnation on 5th St for of the necessary property for the widening of Fifth widening.
