Awarding lution Awarding Contract for the Improvement of Second ,.
Contract. and Third Streets, a portion of Lake Avenue and the Alleys
in Blocks 104, .,203 & 204 to Steele Finley and on motion
by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson the resolution
was passed and adopted by the fbllowing vote:
