Regular, Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach met in
regular session and was caiied to older at 7.20 P. TAI.
Roll call. Trustees present ?fanning, Obarr, Onson, Andrews & Drew.
Absent None.
_•Iinutes NI-inutes of meetings of December 1921 read and approvede
approved.
Officers reports Reports of Treasurer, City Clerk, Recorder, Gas Department,
accepted. and Inspector of Building, Plumbing and Airing were read
and on motion by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson
were accepted and ordered placed or_ file.
Reso. 371 Resolution No. 371 .closing Streets and alleys in Wesley
closing streets Heights Tract excepting Seventeenth Street and those in
iesley Heights and around the Grarm- ar School site and'Bloc3. 1015 was
adopted. presented and on motion by Trustee Onson seconded by Trus-
tee Obarr was passed and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes, Trusteen Obarr, Onson, AndreTrs, Drew and Manning.
Noes, None. Absent None.
Tubach & Brady Application of Tubach and Brady for permit to run_ Pool
granted license Room at 117 Main Street was presented and laid over one
Pool Room. week.
i Stewart and Application of Stewart and Odenbreit for License to run
Odenbreit Dance Mall on beach was presented and on motion by Trus-

City pays. Gas Statement presented from the Gad Departrlert showing that
Bill. the Gas consumed by the street lights, for the years
I p 1920 and 1921 amounted to $1075 .49. and frr� lighting
and heating City Mall amaountee to 6S274.20 and it was moved
by Trustee Obarr seconded by, Trustee Dress that $1,975.49
i be transferred from the k4eral Fund to the Ga De- a-t-
went Fund and t274.20 be transferred from ttbe Fund
to the Gas Department Fund in payment of this aCCOLi12t.
