Committee .from Joseph Rodman Post #133 American Legion, i Volunteers consisting of three of their officers, Mr. Elmslie j for Fire acting as their spokesman, appeared before the 23oard Brigade. and offered theft services of the Legion to form a Fire Brigade to handle the Equipment to be purchased by the City the City to furnish quarters for night men who would serve under Chief appointed by the Trustees.
