Special Meeting, Pursuant to the above call the Board of Trustees met in
f ;l Special Session and was called to order at H oclock P.A:.
Roll call. Trustees present Drew;Onson;Macklin,Andrews,and Obarr,
Absent None.
Standing President Drew announced the appointment of the following

opened and election of February 24th, 1922. were opened and announced
