Regular. Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees called to order at ,
eight- oclock.
Roll call. Tftstees present Drew, \Onson, Andrews, Macklin.

Officers reports. Reports of Treasurer, Clerk, Inspector, , Recorder and Bas'
Department were ordered placed on file on motion by
Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Macklin.
Bill Boards -turned Harnois & Son asked permission to erect bill board in new
down. position that was removed from First & Ocean; Trustee
Andrews seconded by Trustee Onson moved that request be
placed on file. Carried.
I e V. W. Robinson Application from W. W. Robinson for position of Night
applies for job of Watchman & Janitor of new City Hall was ordered filed
Night Watch. Filedo on motion by Trustee Andrews seconded by Trustee Onson. �
Letter in re/ Communication from D. J. & M. I. Carpenter asking that if
Drilling restrictionsrestrictions be removed XX# all property be considered
Filed. from Ocean Avenue to Palm Avenue as far east from 23rd
Street as any restrictions were removed. Ordered filed.
Theo Kistner sends Communication from Theo. Kistner, Architect containing
` papers,` letters of recommendation and list of Buildings eonstructd.

Reeso. 379 ordering Resolution No. 379, stating request of 'Mr. Pennebaker that

in iesolution of intention No. 365 for the improvement of
2nd.'& 3rd Streets, a portion of Lake Avenue and all of
the'-':alleys in Blocks 104, 203 & 204 and ordering the
Superintendent of Streets so to re-assess.. On motion
by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee- Andrews was passed i
and adopted. by .the following vote:

Cut curbs. Request was presented from W. M. Elliott for permission to
out curb Lot 1, Block 212 for driveway to private garage.

Clay St. Crossing. City Attorney reported that he had filed with R. R. Conmis*i'
as application for grade crossing at Clay Street.

Lindner to have Moved that application of W. F. Lindner for Pool Room Li-
Pool Room License. cense at 117 Main Street be granted.
Set Back Garages, City Attorney advised that to prohibit building of Garages
etc. proceedings. or other buildings up to front property lines would re-
quire practivally the same _proceedings as to establish

Pergola, No TI. end carried that the Street Superintendent be instructed to
